Richman-Ascension Development retained Davis Partnership Architect to design and construct a new LEED Silver Certified, 273-unit apartment facility. The three-building development is located at the former site of Denver Public Schools’ Contemporary Learning Academy at 28th Ave and Vallejo St in the Lower Highlands. The development, known as Infinity LoHi apartments, will have unobstructed views of the downtown Denver’s skyline and the Front Range. Residents will also be within two blocks of Denver’s hottest new restaurants and bars in LoHi and Riverfront Park. On the larger eastern site, facing downtown, the building will move from 5-to 3-stories, following the uphill grade change. On the western site the building will mirror the 3-story height. Each facility will have below grade parking and access to the main amenities courtyard located on the larger site. Amenities including pool, hot tub, fire pits, water features, built-in seating, landscape planters, and gas grills. Indoor amenities include a leasing office, conference room, fitness, yoga room, bar/lounge, and common coffee bar open seating areas.
