Adam Bunce

Landscape Architect Intern

Adam Bunce is a west coast transplant who grew up in the sprawl of Orange County. He graduated from CU Boulder’s Environmental Design Program with an emphasis in Landscape Architecture with Magna Cum Laude. His background in design started when he was in the US Navy for 5 years as a welder/carpenter. He was fortunate enough to travel extensively during the Navy and has continued to travel after college. At Davis Partnership Architects, he works in the Landscape Studio, where he works on a variety of projects ranging from healthcare to multifamily. Adam believes that Landscape Architecture allows for unique design opportunities to integrate social needs with environmental sustainability and resiliency. He enjoys place-making that integrates sociology, experiential design, and outdoor/indoor connection.

During his time in the Navy, he lived in Washington State where he fell in love with the mountains and outdoors, which brought him to Colorado. He enjoys anything outdoors, summer and winter, including mountain biking, camping, and snowboarding. Adam is also a beginner keyboardist and loves to be surrounded by music, especially live music.
