Benjamin Stokke is an architectural and urban designer from Lincoln, Ne. Benjamin received his M.Arch from the University of Nebraska-College of Architecture where he studied abroad for the majority of his degree at Leibniz University Hannover, Germany and University of Chongqing, China. His professional work experiences include internships with bad architects group in Innsbruck, Austria, KTGY Group in Denver, CO, and the non-profit cultural organization, Barraco55, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Aside from architecture, he is interested in anything related to music, design, art, travel, and the natural landscape.
His professional goals within the field is to make architecture and urban settings for people, to democratically engage people in the process of making spaces, and utilize design as a catalyst for mounting sustainable communities within their respected environmental and urban contexts. His work is informed by rigorous research that aims for socially, technologically, and environmentally conscious decision-making.
