It’s official, our new office has received 66 credits and a LEED v4 ‘Gold’ Certification! Our official certification date is August 1st, 2017. Although not the first LEED v4 certified commercial interiors project in the State of Colorado, we have the first ‘Gold’ certified project in Colorado. For perspective, there are only 4 other LEED v4 ‘Gold’ certified projects, in the country (ID+C) or 11 other LEED v4 ‘Gold’ certified projects in the world (ID+C).
