Justin will lead the Landscape Architecture Studio. He brings extensive experience and a broad portfolio of projects across multiple market sectors, including higher education, K-12, mixed-use, healthcare, as well as parks, trails, and urban design. Justin is driven by a commitment to contextual and interdisciplinary design that brings value to every client he works with.

Kate has been a marketing professional for the design industry for 30 years. She has a passion for success with a straightforward, pragmatic approach, developing and implementing tailored strategies and solutions. This has included strategic planning, marketing and business development, public relations, implementation, and coaching.

Director | Finance
Caroline is dedicated to financial performance and will help Davis Partnership Architects improve operational effectiveness. Her background includes all levels of accounting, auditing and reviews, as well as contracting. Caroline is known for creating value through transparency, collaboration, and a passion for developing people.
