Liz LoSasso joined Davis Partnership in 2017 as the first-ever Director of Human Resources in Davis Partnership’s +50-year history.

Liz leads a Human Resources leadership committee where she is responsible for the Firm’s benefit administration, workplace development and office culture, policy management, employee relations and communications, staff coaching and mentoring, regulatory conformance and reporting. She also happens to be the mother of three very active young children!

Liz is a Regis University Business Administration (BBA) graduate and has been working in the human resources profession for 12-years. She is professionally credentialed by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and SHRM as a SHRM – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Liz is especially skilled at facilitation, interpersonal communication strategies and conflict resolution. Her unfailing professionalism, fresh perspectives and opinions, and sensitivity to individual viewpoints are widely respected by staff and leadership. Her exceptional kindness, infectious humor, ability to entertain a crowd and love of all things “basic” is endearing and occasionally legendary.
