Midtown Mid-century Modern Living

Novel Midtown is a full city block, mid-century modern inspired, multifamily residential apartment building in Phoenix’s midtown neighborhood. The building massing is accentuated by three, four, five, and six story above grade areas, with a partially-wrapped five-story precast parking garage in the northeast corner. The project program is comprised of 345 residential units with 471 parking spaces, and complimented by interior resident amenity spaces. Exterior amenity spaces, including a pool, occupy two portions of the site partially wrapped by the building in the northwest and southeast sides of the site.
