Davis Partnership Architects is proud to announce the promotion of two key leaders who exemplify our commitment to design excellence, collaboration, and enduring partnerships. These promotions reflect the firm’s continued investment in the people who shape our practice and define our culture. We look forward to their contributions as we look to the next 50 years.

Justin DiPietro, Associate Principal
Since joining Davis Partnership Architects as Director of Landscape Architecture, Justin has brought a renewed vision for design and a culture of creativity and collaboration. His approach emphasizes the power of teamwork and the importance of designing meaningful spaces that connect people and place.
A natural communicator, his fulfillment comes from genuine collaboration with each team and client to create thoughtful solutions. Justin’s deep expertise and broad portfolio of experience is a welcome addition to our firm leadership. As Associate Principal, Justin will continue to elevate the integrated design of Davis Partnership Architects.
Ben Hanlon, Director of Higher Education
As the new Director of Higher Education, Ben will continue to build the firm’s long-standing relationships with colleges and universities across Colorado and beyond. His deep understanding of campus design and ability to successfully bring innovative design concepts to reality have contributed to the success of projects for Colorado institutions such as the University of Colorado Boulder, University of Denver, Adams State University, and Colorado Mesa University.
Ben’s passion for creating spaces that inspire learning and foster community aligns perfectly with Davis Partnership’s mission to design environments that endure and empower. Ben is a highly valuable addition to every team and we are proud to recognize his contributions with this new role.
