Located in the heart of Denver’s River North neighborhood (RiNo), Catalyst Level 4 Workshare is the first-of-its-kind co-working facility. The 4th floor is comprised of over 60 companies, including entrepreneurs, private enterprises, academic divisions, start-ups, and non-profit organizations all pursuing innovation in health and wellness in the healthcare industry. With almost 24,000 SF, the 4th floor offers 3-person, 2-person, and single offices, as well as single desks for daily and monthly leases. In addition to private workspace, there are also ten break-out spaces and five conference rooms shared by all the tenants of the building. At the heart of the building, the 4th-floor community café provides the entire building with a shared community environment that's inviting, active and energetic. Whether it’s a quick coffee break, hanging out in a private booth, tenant lunch n’ learn at the community table, happy hour at the bar, or lounging at the corner over-looking the downtown views; the 4th floor is the hub of the Catalyst ecosystem of healthcare tenants.
