French 75, the tenth restaurant from chef Frank Bonanno, is located in the heart of the central business district at 17th and Stout. Built in an existing 2,800 SF high-volume space, the design called for a new 700 SF mezzanine to maximize the number of patrons served, in addition to using this area for private group dining. The open-concept kitchen and small back-of-house minimizes support space and also allows for more dining area. Quality materials such as bronze-toned metal, hand-painted tile, and reclaimed brick give the restaurant a high-end aesthetic while remaining casual enough for the everyday diner.
