Creative sports architecture makes use of natural topography

The Okie-Blanchard Stadium - located on the grounds of East High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming - had enjoyed a proud legacy since 1958. In an effort to make room for a future junior high school on the campus, the sports and athletics program required re-planning and consolidation. Per master planning recommendations the much beloved original Okie-Blanchard stadium would need to be razed and replaced with a much-needed new facility.
