Senior management of URS determined that the company should consolidate its offices in the Denver region into a new facility that would create a bold and iconic statement offering identity and prestige to the URS brand. Davis Partnership was successful in winning a design competition for the complete architectural design, programming, space planning and interiors of the new regional headquarters building. The project is a 17-story, 330,000 square foot office building with a 1200 car parking structure.
